Roxelio often chooses to go by 'Roxy' and raises hell everyhwere he goes. Raised in a wealthy but unstable home he was brought up to be intelligent, classy, and distinguished, and couldn't stand this path carved out for him. Although he was trained on many classical instruments and other creative high-class outlets, his real passion lied in tattooing, an interest much looked down on by his family.
