I like the way this person has their gallery sorted into years like that. maybe I'll have it be one columnfor the years and then 2 columns when displaying the art.
I also think maybe hover will make the image scale up and z-index will go higher so it 'pops' out a bit, and then clicking it will open the whole image in a new tab, just for efficiency instead of having to left click open in new tab.
